Lindsay Adamski, LMSW, oversees the day-to-day operations of New Yorkers For Children’s youth programs. This includes monthly meetings with all students in NYFC’s scholarship programs to help them navigate college life and troubleshoot any challenges that arise. She also provides support and coaching to help NYFC’s Youth Advisory Board members meet their group goals. Lindsay joined NYFC in October 2012. She earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University with an emphasis in nonprofit management in children, youth, and family services and her Bachelor of Social Work from Providence College. Her prior experience in child welfare and college access includes CASA-NYC, the Rhode Island Foster Parents Association, and Ocean Discovery Institute.
